On your Android phone or tablet, open the official Google Play Store app.

2
Go to Subscriptions

Tap your profile icon at the top right > tap Payments & subscriptions > tap Subscriptions.

Refund Eligibility & Windows

2.1 Within 48 Hours of Purchase (Direct via Google Play)

In accordance with Google Play's standard refund policy, if less than 48 hours have passed since you purchased an in-app subscription or digital upgrade, you can request an instant refund directly through Google Play:

  • Visit Google's refund page: Google Play Order History.
  • Find the Invozo order you wish to return.
  • Select Request a refund or Report a problem and follow Google's automated assessment.

2.2 After 48 Hours of Purchase (Direct Developer Review)

If more than 48 hours have passed, Google Play directs refund requests to the application developer. Pansoftech evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund

• Unresolved technical defects or server sync bugs preventing the core use of paid features.
• Proven accidental duplicate billing on the same Google account.
• Fraudulent transactions reported with verifiable bank statements.

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after extensive commercial usage and export of tax invoices.
• Failure to cancel an auto-renewing subscription prior to the renewal date.
• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., fraudulent invoicing).
