✅ Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
• Firebase Authentication login credentials and user identifiers.
• User profile data (Name, Personal Email, Phone Number).
• Active push notification and session tokens.
• In-progress unfinalized drafts and temporary cache files.
📜 Statutory Retention Exceptions (CGST Act Section 36)
Under Section 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act 2017, businesses in India are legally mandated to retain books of accounts and issued tax invoices for a minimum of 72 months (6 years) from the due date of filing the annual tax return.
Consequently, previously issued statutory tax invoices cannot be expunged before this statutory period, but will be completely disconnected from your identity and archived securely.
Option 1: Delete Directly Inside the Invozo App
You can execute an immediate account purge directly inside the application:
- Open the Invozo application on your Android phone.
- Tap on Business Profile in the bottom navigation or menu.
- Scroll down to Account & Security settings.
- Tap Delete Account & Data, enter your confirmation password/biometric check, and proceed.
Option 2: Submit a Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or are unable to log in, you can submit an official deletion request using the form below or by emailing us directly from your registered email address at pansoftech@gmail.com.
