No Chartered Accountancy or Legal Advice

The materials, calculation utilities, and documentation generated by Invozo (including GST invoice PDFs, Input Tax Credit ledgers, and GSTR-1 / GSTR-3B monthly return summaries) are provided solely for general business productivity and computational convenience.

Invozo does not provide certified accounting, legal, or professional tax consulting services. While our software algorithms implement the mathematical rules specified under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017 (such as CGST/SGST 50/50 splits, IGST rates, and Rule 54 round-offs), statutory tax laws are subject to dynamic government amendments and judicial interpretations.

Merchant Recommendation: We strongly advise every merchant to consult a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or authorized Tax Practitioner (GSTP) to review their tax classification, verify HSN/SAC codes, and review monthly filings before submitting returns on the official government portal.

Accuracy of Place of Supply and GSTIN Data

Invozo applies statutory Place of Supply rules based on the 2-digit State Codes entered by the merchant for the supplier and the customer. Pansoftech does not independently verify the physical existence or GST registration validity of the third-party buyers or suppliers entered by you.

The merchant remains exclusively liable for:

  • Ensuring the authenticity of customer GSTINs and buyer billing addresses.
  • Correctly applying applicable GST slabs (0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28%) and cess rates to line items.
  • Reconciling Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2B before claiming credits.
  • Timely payment of tax liabilities directly into the Government of India's authorized treasury banks.
